Cukrászkrém
Hozzávalók:
6 személyre
-4 tojássárgája
-100 g cukor
-50 g liszt
-1 liter tej
-1 vaníliarúd vagy 1 citrom héja
Elkészítés:
1.A főzőüstben összekeverjük a tojássárgákat a cukorral, és kézi habverővel habosra verjük.
2.Hozzáadjuk az átszitált lisztet, közben kézi habverővel folyamatosan keverjük.
3.Felforraljuk a tejet, hozzáadjuk a vaníliát vagy citromhéjat.
4.A tejet ráöntjük a tojássárgákra a szűrőn keresztül, és jól elkeverjük a kézi habverővel, amíg a sima és homogén krémet nem kapunk.
5.A krémet kis fazékba öntjük, lassú tűzre helyezzük, és lapos fakanállal folytonosan kevergetve felforraljuk, vigyázva, hogy az edény aljára ne süljön le a krém, majd a kevergetést a kézi habverővel folytatjuk.
6.Lassú tűzön 3-4 percig forraljuk,miközben folyamatosan kevergetjük a habverővel.Hagyjuk kihűlni,időnként megkevergetjük, hogy a teteje ne ráncosodjon meg.
7.Frissentartó fóliával letakarjuk, majd a hűtőbe tesszük.
